As employee #2 at Fountain, Kyle has helped build Fountain from the ground up, and has had the opportunity to work with some of the largest gig economy companies around the world, such as Deliveroo, Cabify, and UberEATs, helping them scale to new markets in a short period of time. Hourly workers make up nearly 60% of the American workforce, and the number continues to grow. Now more than ever, Kyle understands how imperative it is to empower employers with the best tools to maximize hiring while simultaneously reducing cost and time per hire in order to keep up with this growing economy.
