Mikey Weil

Mikey Weil is a Sr. TA Strategic Sourcer at Boston Children’s Hospital with over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition across agency, RPO, and corporate environments. Throughout his career, he has supported hiring for organizations including the world’s largest mozzarella manufacturer, the leading provider of preventive veterinary care in the United States, and Indeed.

Mikey has spoken at some of the largest conferences in the Talent Acquisition industry and regularly shares insights on sourcing strategy, recruitment marketing, and creative approaches to connecting with talent. He also runs the Jobuscar newsletter for Talent Acquisition professionals and job seekers, which has grown to more than 4,500 followers.

Mikey lives outside of Boston with his partner, their three sons, and two dogs. In his spare time, he attends and reviews concerts and is a published author of children’s books and short horror stories.
