Ashley Eng

Ashley Eng is a tenured University Relations leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific – a fortune 100 life sciences organization. As her role of Director of University Relations, she helps develop and drive forward talent acquisition strategies and solutions to support the rapid business growth of the organization through early talent development. Ashley has over 10 years in talent acquisition through multiple verticals with an additional 5 years in people leadership. She is passionate about creating a space within organizations to bring people together of various backgrounds to generate unique ideas and perspectives to problem solve.

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University in California. She currently sits on the customer advisory board for Ripplematch - a recruitment automation platform for Gen Z, as well as serves as a mentor as part of the Aztec Mentor Program for SDSU.
