Recruiting, engaging, and retaining key in-demand talent at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requires an agile and sophisticated approach. This session will present some of the biggest challenges the CISA Workforce Planning team faces, and how we use customized business intelligence, smart recruiting, and aggregated data to produce talent intelligence for CISA's Human Capital team. Our approach supports decision makers on where to hunt for talent to maximize limited resources and how we can retain existing talent to lead the National effort to understand, manage, and reduce risk to our cyber and physical infrastructure.
