Marie Delage brings 6+ years of recruiting, sourcing, and diversity programming experience across different industries. Recently joined Adobe in the newly created Diversity Talent Acquisition team as a scout. Before that Marie was at TikTok where she helped create the roadmap for training team members on inclusive communication, diversity sourcing, and more.
Originally from Miami, FL raised by Cuban immigrants, Marie has called NYC home for the past 7 years which also allows her to experience what it's like living and working in one of the most diverse cities in the world. Today Marie's purpose is to be intentional about building inclusive spaces and creating opportunities for others while aligning their passions and interests.
