Keynote Session: From Great Resignation to Great Retention: Navigating the Labor Shortage

The Great Resignation is real and it’s happening. The U.S. Department of Labor reports that during the months of April, May, and June 2021 a total of 11.5 million workers quit their jobs. And it’s not over.

How can you as an employer navigate this latest wave of extreme change caused by the pandemic? How can you retain and engage strong employees? How can you stand out among a sea of organizations recruiting for talent? Some companies have gone to great lengths to land and retain talent.

Join us for this Fireside chat with Credit Karma's Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Ashleigh Anderson and Head of Talent Enablement, Brian Schneider to learn how they have approached navigating the Great Resignation and what solutions they've put into place.
