Arionna leads Etsy’s recently created DEI Talent Acquisition Strategy Team; they champion inclusive hiring, DEI sourcing, strategic partnerships, emerging talent programs, employer brand and employee referral programming.  As a tenacious ally to all underrepresented communities Arionna strives to create inclusive spaces for all Talent considering Etsy as their next career move.  

Prior to taking on this strategic programmatic role, Arionna built and led recruiting teams at Etsy and for The Estee Lauder Companies’ Online and Travel Retail Divisions.

  • Define what competency based hiring means at Etsy
  • Teach you how to build a competency based hiring practice applicable across all areas of your business 
  • Identify common biases that appear in interviewing and how to mitigate their effects
