Seth FlaterDirector of Sales Engineering
Seth Flater is the Director of Sales Engineering for Recruit Rooster. In this role, he is responsible for the general management and oversight of the implementation and renewal teams, both of which have worked together for nearly a decade. He is also the product owner of Recruit Rooster’s proprietary products, including its Recruitment Marketing Platform and Talent Community, where he helps to generate ideas for product features and enhancements. A self-proclaimed “numbers guy”, he enjoys tracking career site analytics to see trends in candidate behaviors, as well as the areas where a career site is performing well, and where it could improve.
With 12+ years of experience – the entirety of which has been spent with the DirectEmployers family of brands – he has had the opportunity to work on over 1,000 different career-related microsite projects, helping employers maximize their online footprint and hone their recruitment marketing strategy. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching wrestling, and running a middle school Youth Group, which he and his wife have run together for more than a decade.
