The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the shift to remote work. According to Gartner, 31 percent of all workers worldwide will be working remotely this year.

This has pushed companies to rapidly introduce remote work technology, guidelines, and health protocols. Not surprisingly, some organizations have struggled to adjust and remain productive during these extraordinary times.
