Ms. Atherton is a global human resources executive leader and strategic talent business partner with experience in the high-tech, marketing, retail, and healthcare industries with a passion for connecting people and hiring top talent.  She has a successful track record of driving cost-effective, innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with business needs in highly competitive environments. Respected as a results-oriented, high energy, inclusive leader with deep experience building and leading diverse, collaborative and high-performing global professional recruiting teams operating in fast paced, complex, changing environments. 

As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Jamf, Dana is a strategic business partner and talent advisor to senior leadership.  Dana is responsible for leading a global recruiting team and creating and executing talent strategies to address gaps and aligning needs with business objectives. 

Combining an astute understanding of global recruitment with a deep understanding of the business and the external talent marketplace, Dana takes a high-touch, consultative approach to partner with senior leadership to translate business plans into clear business-focused talent strategies.

Dana graduated from University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  She is a member of the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), OC HR Executive and Leadership Roundtable, and Irvine Professional Woman for Good.
