Allison is currently the Head of Global Employer Brand at Baxter. She designs and implements global initiatives that help improve employee engagement and attract, recruit and retain talented people. As a strategist, she leverages her 13 years of experience in recruiting, social media, branding and marketing to bring Baxter’s employer brand to life—and says she absolutely loves her job. Before joining Baxter, Allison was the Director of Content and Social Media at Kforce, where she was responsible for developing, executing and evolving Kforce’s content, social media, employee advocacy, corporate branding, and employer branding strategies. Outside of work, Allison loves spending time with her husband Rich and her friends and family, training her dog Pacer, being outdoors and traveling abroad.
