Carrie is a Managing Partner for Hope Leigh Marketing Group, a Talent Attraction consultancy she co-founded after 20+ years as a practitioner. Prior to founding HLMG, Carrie built and lead award winning Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand & Diversity programs in global Fortune companies such as AT&T, Samsung, American Airlines and most recently with Dell Technologies.
 
Carrie is a sought after speaker in the space who is globally recognized for her work, particularly as a pioneer of the Employer Brand frontier. Carrie possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management and received her SPHR in 2007. She was a founding national board member serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for AT&T’s 2nd largest and fastest growing affinity group and also served on the Board for DirectEmployers for many years. Additionally, she's served on many advisory boards such as HR.Com's Employer Brand Committee, HR Tech Connect Summit and served on a job seeker focused steering committee for the HR Policy Association.
