Advanced Candidate Outreach Training:
Tools do A job, not YOUR job

Tuesday, December 6, 2022 — 12:30–4:00 pm EST

With all of the advertising, spam, recruiters (over 500,000), and the ability for candidates to easily find jobs on their own, the need for quality outreach and communication has never been higher. But what does that look like? Should we send as many messages as possible to increase our chances of getting the right person? Should we send individual highly customized and tailored messages? Or is there something in between?

In this virtual training workshop Batman will share his tips, tricks, and best practices for:

  • How to message groups of candidates and still make the messages sound custom
  • Message cadence
  • Message formatting
  • Best practices for length, images, writing style, etc.
