It’s no secret that TA teams who prioritize diversity and inclusion will find more quality candidates, and those candidates can turn into new hires. Metrics help employers committed to diversity and inclusion stay on track by encouraging the identification and management of bias.  Without clear measures to track diversity and inclusion efforts and outcomes, limits the ROI on those initiatives.
