Debra is currently the Sr. Recruitment Program Manager of a centralized lead generation team at Amazon Web Services. She has 20+ years of recruitment and sourcing transformation & technology experience and 15 yrs. managing and directing global sourcing teams on 4 continents. Yarnall is an industry leader in candidate generation, advanced sourcing techniques, recruitment automation software, talent nurturing and training/development. She has industry experience supporting media/entertainment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, agricultural, consulting services, technology, insurance, manufacturing and business services. She has also spoken at numerous sourcing/recruiting conferences including HRTX, ERE/Sourcecon, HireConf, TA Week and has been featured on Women in TA & Y’all Hiring podcasts. When she’s not at work, you can find her volunteering her time leading “The Outsiders” 4H Club.
