James Marable is a marketing strategist who found his way into the Employer Brand space in 2013 after joining Macy's Inc. as a Social Media Strategist for the corporate talent acquisition (the first role of it's kind at Macy's). Evolving his role into full on Employer Brand Management (EBM) and establishing the EBM group. Moving on to lead EB at Eli Lilly and Company, evolving the employer brand of one of the world's most historic pharmaceutical organizations with innovative content creation and delivery. James is now a product marketing manager at Amazon, developing the EB to build awareness around Amazon Design. Over the years James has overseen the creation of over 150 EB videos, attained over 100,000,000 impressions on his social media campaigns, and developed 1000's of physical collateral pieces.
