Kelly Gregg is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Hornblower Group inc. based out of San Francisco, CA. 

Hornblower is the parent company for City Experiences, Ferry & Transportation, Seaward Service, Anchor Operating Systems and offers consulting services. The brand heritage of the organization dates back nearly 100 years, with the establishment of Boston Harbor Cruises in Massachusetts in 1926; on the west coast of the United States, Hornblower Group began in 1980. Across the growing portfolio, Hornblower has a long-standing history of expertise and innovation and has continually redefined the marine hospitality industry. Today, the footprint spans 111 countries and territories and 125 U.S. cities, including water-based experiences, land-based experiences, and ferry and transportation services.

Kelly has over 30 years’ experience spanning industries from hospitality to pharmaceutical to technology with Disney, Eckerd, Loews Hotels, Darden Restaurants, Panera Bread, Benchmark Hospitality, Paycom and his current role with Hornblower Group. He has spent his career working in high volume recruiting, customizing systems, tools, processes, and resources.
