Adam A. Artar

Adam Artar is a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition leader with over 18 years of experience in shaping high-impact talent strategies, driving engagement, and leading talent attraction efforts. With a focus on delivering results, fostering innovation, and developing top-tier Talent Acquisition teams, Adam partners strategically with business leaders to achieve organizational goals and support key initiatives.

In his most recent role as Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Edwards Lifesciences, Adam successfully built and led a global talent strategy team. He has also held senior talent acquisition leadership positions at NuVasive and Stryker, where he spearheaded initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Originally from Northeast Ohio, Adam has also lived in Scottsdale, San Diego, and New York City. He and his family—wife Valerie, children Andie and Aiden, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Lego—are set to relocate back to San Diego. Outside of work, Adam enjoys golfing, traveling, hosting dinner parties, and spending quality time with family and friends.
