Carmen Wiedenhoffer

Currently the Director, Talent Acquisition at 1904labs, Carmen Wiedenhoffer has over 15 years of Talent Acquisition and sourcing experience.  Believing strongly in relationship based recruitment, Carmen has brought this philosophy into practice at 1904labs by teaching others to make personal connections with candidates, emphasizing the human and looking beyond skills in the matching process.  Prior to her role at 1904labs, Carmen spent time both within boutique recruiting firms and large fortune 500 organizations on the west coast and the midwest.  Now living in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and two young daughters, Carmen enjoys time with her family and looks forward to coaching her daughters in soccer as they get older.
