Chrissy is a Director, Head of Global Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing at MetLife, where she is currently building the company’s first EB/RM function from the ground up across 42 countries.  Prior to joining MetLife in 2021, she spent the previous 14 years having managed every aspect of employer brand and recruitment marketing across numerous company sizes, industries, and regions at Salesforce, Opower, Charles Schwab, and Scottrade.
