Colleen Reynolds

Colleen is the Director of Employee Experience for Serco North America overseeing talent, learning, engagement, DE&I, employer brand strategy, and strategic HR programs and communications. In this role, Colleen delivers future focused employee development initiatives that support a strong culture, consistent employee experience, and overall retention. Colleen and her team support 9,000+ leaders, managers, and employees, helping people in every role and at every level to reach their true potential and to ensure Serco is a great place to work. Colleen also provides advisory and organizational development support to leaders and executives across the business.

With 15+ years of HR experience, Colleen has held a variety of roles across talent, HR operations, M&A, change management, and DE&I. Prior to joining Serco, Colleen was an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton supporting strategic human capital consulting services in the Defense and Intelligence space.  

Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University in business management and entrepreneurship. She also holds leadership certificates in both design thinking and organizational change from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Colleen resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, 5-year-old son, and their very high maintenance golden retriever. Outside of work, Colleen is an avid runner and reader and loves spending time at the Virginia wineries, historic landmarks, and her son’s soccer games.
