Jennifer Tharp

Jenn has spent most of her professional career leading employment branding, recruitment marketing, and employment technology strategies for AT&T globally. Using technology and a keen focus on the candidate experience she evolved and elevated the attraction strategy and AT&T’s brand as a top technology employer. She has been a featured speaker at ERE, Bersin & Associates, GlassDoor, Indeed, and NACE. She has been featured in publications including The New York Post, The Wall Street Journal, and the Chicago Tribune, Good Morning America, Fox & Friends, and The White House.

Most of the time, you will find her somewhere between her home in Oklahoma and visiting her mom in California. She cheers for the University of Oklahoma, plays board games (really geeky ones), and does her best to be a good leader, friend, and wife.
