Jenny Kerdphoca is a talent acquisition enthusiast with a knack for building relationships and creating an authentic and human-first candidate experience. In her 17-year recruiting career, she has hired a broad spectrum of local and international talent, from interns to executive hires, for leading Fortune 500 companies.
Jenny currently leads Talent Acquisition at Pliancy, a tech-enabled professional services company, where she curates and optimizes recruiting processes to reflect the organization’s culture and values. In order to set Pliancy up for success, she provides coaching to hiring managers, partners with leadership to assess hiring needs, and leads with empathy in all matters.
