Rachna Prasad

Rachna Prasad works as an Employer Brand Specialist at Baxter International, a leading global medtech company. She has spent over 30 years in the CPG and experiential marketing space and is delighted to have finally found a career home in the Employer Brand function. In this role, she combines her passion for storytelling to create meaningful connections between purpose and passion.

In 2015, Rachna started a personal narrative storytelling show in her living room, which has now grown into a monthly live show in her hometown of Naperville, IL. She and her husband Jesse are parents of three teenagers, two cats, and a house that always needs repairs. Rachna likes to spend most weekend mornings in one of the many coffee shops around town, where she enjoys striking up conversations with strangers.
