Tracey Morris

Tracey Morris has 25+ years of talent acquisition experience that spans agency, industry and higher education. She is passionate about candidate experience and building teams that exceed hiring manager expectations. Tracey joined JHU’s Central HR Leadership Team as the Executive Director for Talent Acquisition in January of 2023 where she leads and manages the design, development and implementation of TA strategy.
