At the start of 2020, the CVS Health Recruitment Marketing Team had aggressive plans to accelerate its recruiting innovation and create simplicity by flipping their recruiting funnel and challenging their CRM strategy's status quo.  When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, their plans to act, adapt and improve only accelerated.
