Frederick is an accomplished Human Resources senior professional with strong experience Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  

Before starting his current role as Director of Talent Acquisition Programs at ADT, Fred worked as a Senior leader for a Tech Startup as well as for three Fortune 500 companies as part of their Talent Acquisition and Global Diversity & Inclusion Human Resources function areas.  His educational background, work experience, drive, passion and leadership skills are the consistent qualities where Fred has developed a strong reputation.

He acquired his Bachelor’s degree at Colorado State University where he was a three-year letterman in football and he received his Master’s degree from San Francisco State University.
