Anastacia FloresSr. Director of Talent Acquisition
Anastacia Flores is currently the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at CBS Interactive. There she
oversees a team of 20 responsible for hiring for all US based roles (technical and
non-technical). She works remotely from her home in California. Her team also manages
diversity partnerships and University Relations which includes a year-round internship program.
Before joining CBS Interactive, she was Director of Recruiting Operations for SiriusXM and
Pandora where she managed the processes, systems, and streamlining of the recruiting
organization as well as oversaw the Recruiting Coordination team. In her 4+ years at Pandora,
Anastacia sourced for the mobile team, ran Program Management for recruiting, managed
Sales and Operations Recruiting as well as Pipeline Development.
Anastacia was also previously at Google for 9 years where she held a number of different roles
including Sourcing, Employee Referrals Program Management, and Hiring Innovation Manager.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and her
Master’s from the University of Denver.
