Having built the company’s Talent Attraction function from the ground up, today she oversees a team that supports labor market intelligence, employment branding and recruitment marketing, and digital attraction on a global scale.

Her small-but-mighty team uses powerful employee stories and culture snapshots to bring their company to life, and they provide recruitment marketing strategies that help power growth and diversity, demonstrating the impact of Talent Acquisition on business results. She’s also passionate about bringing labor data discussions to workforce planning and leveraging data to educate recruiters to be knowledge experts in their field.

Tennille has been with Stryker, a leading medical technology company, for over 15 years, and has experience in both HR and Talent Acquisition.
