In his 28 year career in Talent Acquisition he's applied a consultative approach to turning strategic talent acquisition/recruiting needs into practical strategies and solutions to ensure the desired business outcomes.

Phil joined Zoom in August 2019 from Talend, where he served as VP, Talent Acquisition. Before joining Talend, he was the Director, Global Talent Acquisition with NetSuite. Phil holds a BS, Business Administration from Pfeiffer University.
