Susan is the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for  OpenText, Corporation.  

Prior to joining OpenText, Susan led Global Talent, Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion  for Zume, Inc., Medidata Solutions, eBay and Ceasars Entertainment where she managed global  teams ranging from 15 to 115.  

Her leadership and executive background includes senior operating and executive roles in sales,  consulting, marketing and business development with IBM, Tandem Computers (now HP),  Verifone, Resumix (now Yahoo), Unwired Planet, and Egon Zehnder.  

She also served as the CEO of Watermark, a Silicon Valley non-profit for women executives and  entrepreneurs. In this role, she led a complete turnaround ensuring the long-term viability of the  organization.  

In addition to her business career, Susan was the Executive Producer of “Her  Majesty” (hermajestythemovie.com) an award-winning feature film. She led the fundraising ($2.5M)  and served as the film’s on-site executive.  

Susan is the Chair of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association for Northern California and  was formerly the President where she led fundraising and all aspects of running a 600-member  non-profit. She has served on the Board of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of  New York and the HBS Women’s Association of New York. She has been an active supporter of  non-profit and community projects including The Public Theatre in New York, Vista Center for the  Blind in Palo Alto, and 2nd Harvest Food Bank serving Northern California.  

Susan is an honors graduate of UC Berkeley and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
