Shephali Gaier has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition across industries including Manufacturing, Biotechnology, and Investment Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Carlson School of Management at the University of MN, Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology also from the University of MN, and an active SPHR certification. Earlier in her career, Shephali spent six years working as a Corrections Officer for the State of MN before she made the natural progression over to Human Resources (haha). Today, Shephali is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Watkins Wellness where she leads the function in Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Onboarding. Her passions within Talent Acquisition are creating an excellent candidate and new hire experience, and humanizing the recruitment process.
