Monica Kielawa is currently the Global Employer Brand Advisor at Zebra Technologies where she is responsible for leading, developing and building creative and robust Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition programming. She herself is proud to be part of Zebra Nation and continues to be a #changemaker. Prior to her role in Employer Brand, Monica lead the North America Early Careers Program where she was responsible for developing and branding Zebra’s robust University Relations programming to attract top intern talent. Monica also co-leads the Multi-Generational Inclusion Network – EDGE- focused on creating an environment where multigenerational employees feel empowered to act as changemakers at Zebra Technologies. In her free time, Monica mentors first generation students by guiding them into selecting their future universities, adapting to life on campus and positioning themselves for the workforce after graduation. She also volunteers and spreads awareness for Chiari Malformation #chiaristrong.

  • Zebra’s Five Year Early Careers Journey – Zebra is approaching four years since the Early Careers program has launched come learn more about what struggles occurred, how we overcame them, and tackle some big wins as we enter our fifth year.
