Chelsea Cohen built and leads the Recruiting Operations function at FullStory, a fast-growing Digital Experience Intelligence SaaS company. Her team ensures FullStory has the right technologies and data-driven processes and programs in place to enable the company to scale its hiring efforts and recruit more effectively and inclusively. Chelsea began her career as a recruiting coordinator before transitioning into full cycle technical recruiting. She previously worked in university recruiting and program management at Google and also founded and led a boutique talent consulting firm, working with clients like the Obama Foundation and Tiger Global Management.
