Rebecca is an Executive Advisor for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Hertz, where she partners with senior leaders on workforce strategy and large-scale HR and talent transformation.
She previously spent 19 years with MGM Resorts International, including serving as HR leader for Bellagio, one of the world’s most recognized luxury hospitality brands, and later as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Across more than 24 years in human resources, Rebecca has led talent and people strategies in complex, high-volume, operational environments.
In addition to her corporate work, Rebecca is an Adjunct Professor at East Carolina University, where she teaches Strategic Talent Acquisition, bridging academic theory with real-world enterprise practice.
She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, is SPHR-certified, a certified Organizational Effectiveness Coach, and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
