Isabella has over three years of experience in the biotech industry, where she supports Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Syndax Pharmaceuticals. In her current role, she leads full-cycle recruitment, serves as a human resources business partner, manages the summer internship program, and oversees employment branding and the employee referral program. She also drives initiatives that foster employee engagement and strengthen workplace culture. Syndax is proud to be a three-time recipient of the CANDE Candidate Experience Award and was named one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2025.
With a multidisciplinary background in human resources, public relations, and global marketing, Isabella brings a strategic, people-centered approach to team building and employee experience. She is currently pursuing a Master's in biotechnology management at Harvard Extension School, deepening her expertise at the intersection of science, business, and people strategy.
