Over the last 18 years, she has held Talent Acquisition leadership roles at Schneider Electric. This includes her current role where she focuses on leading strategic initiatives globally and her previous role where she led the North America Talent Acquisition function. LaDonna is a strong advocate for leveraging technology to drive data-driven insights and business impact, while remaining committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. She passionately believes the candidate should be the ‘north star’ for all talent acquisition efforts.
LaDonna is married to a Dallas firefighter and is passionate about supporting initiatives that promote first responder mental health and wellbeing. She prioritizes her own health through Pilates and enjoys spending time with her two French Bulldogs, Lucy and Lola.
