Natasha Nuytten

Natasha Nuytten (she/her) is an executive and founder with over three decades of experience championing operational excellence. With her DEIB-first approach, Natasha has breathed new life into organizations by opening doors for overlooked and underrepresented talent. Nowhere is this more evident than in her role as CEO of DEI Network and CLARA.

Natasha’s depth of experience comes from her diverse background spanning everything from sporting goods to cosmeceutical research. She’s a serial intrapreneur and has held several transformational roles including COO of Killerspin, Founding Executive Director of Olive & Delmar, and E-Commerce Executive at LovelyGroup. By blending strategic insights with her talent for connecting seemingly unrelated industries, Natasha has been continuously and confidently creating impactful change across the business world.

Natasha’s commitment to an equitable society extends beyond the office through her work in education, speaking, and advocacy. She is a board member for RISE, Nebraska’s largest nonprofit, which works to break the cycle of incarceration through programs serving incarcerated persons and their communities.  

In her personal life, Natasha is naturally curious and enjoys sharing the experience of live music. As a lifelong learner, Natasha aspires to complete every book in her overflowing shelf.
