Meet Your Analyst

Andrew Gadomski
Andrew is a data scientist specializing in workforce analysis and currently serves as Auditor General at Aspen Analytics, an education partner with TA Week for over 10 years.
He authored Aspen's vulnerability scans and audits which present compliance and/or risks related to AI, wage parity, and human capital disclosure held within employment regulations, laws, and guidelines.
Andrew received a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the Stern School of the Business at New York University and undergraduate degrees from the Smeal School of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He lives happily a few hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean with his family in southern New Jersey and is an avid golfer and baseball fan.
