Alistair Neal

A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Alistair has spent over a decade within recruitment advertising and ad tech. During that time he has been responsible for partnerships, business development and strategic advisory to a handful of Fortune 500 companies. Alistair was a VP with Broadbean, running enterprise partnerships and eventually joining the Careerbuilder team after a successful exit. Alistair is currently a partner with RedDot, which he helped launch in 2017.

When he's not helping clients with job advertising strategy and execution, he can be found wingsuiting or snowmobiling in the backcountry.
