Joel Steadman is the President of Balance Staffing, a rapidly growing staffing services company. He joined the company in 2023, bringing decades of experience in Sales, Acquisitions & Mergers, Talent Density, and business management. Joel has held leadership roles as CRO, COO, Executive VP, and VP of Sales, and his passion lies in helping individuals reach their fullest potential while building strong, dynamic teams.
Known for his inspiring outlook on life, Joel embraces a positive mindset, living by the motto, "I am an inverse paranoid, and thus, I believe the universe is conspiring to do good for me." This philosophy guides his work and leadership style, fostering growth and success across the organization.
Based in Salt Lake City, Joel is deeply committed to community service, having served as an Executive Mentor in the Advancement of Leadership program at Utah Valley University and on several for-profit and non-profit boards.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife, Mindy, of 32 years, their four children, and their granddaughter. A lover of travel, Joel makes it a tradition to celebrate his birthday with his feet in the sand, whether on a beach or exploring new destinations.
