TA Today: Workshop Series

As part of your TA Week 2025 San Diego general conference registration, you will have access to monthly webinars focused on current regulations affecting talent attraction professionals today. We’re thrilled to offer continued professional development for our attendees from September 2024 through January 2025!

Leading up to the in-person event in San Diego, participants will have an opportunity to engage with analysts and practitioners on issues related to the use of AI, disclosure requirements, auditing, bias, wages and pay equity. This series is designed for TA pros: employers, recruiters, sourcers, and all those involved in talent attraction and employment.

Once registered for TA Week San Diego 2025 this February, you will be enrolled in the TA Today workshop series. A login will be emailed to you a few days prior to each webinar. Recordings of each workshop will be made available to you upon registration. 

 

Webinar Presenter: 

Andrew Gadomski, Auditor General, Aspen Analytics

Andrew Gadomski is a data scientist specializing in workforce analysis. He is the Auditor General at Aspen Analytics, a data analytics firm he founded in 2006. The firm has a decorated and documented 18-year history of serving the largest international employers.

He authored Aspen's vulnerability scans and audits which present compliance and/or risks related to AI, wage parity, and human capital disclosure held within employment regulations, laws, and guidelines.

He acts currently as the Branch Chief of Workforce Planning and Strategy in the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency within the US Department of Homeland Security. He gained permission to maintain his authorship and investment in Aspen so he could serve his country.

Andrew received a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the Stern School of the Business at New York University and undergraduate degrees from the Smeal School of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He lives happily a few hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean with his family in southern New Jersey and is an avid golfer and baseball fan.
