Stacy Zeller joined GM in 2021, as a Sourcing Team Lead, to support GM’s ambitions to be a leader in EV’s, electrification and inclusion.  

Stacy started her career in executive search where she realized the value of the function to businesses needing top talent to grow and evolve their businesses.  She was immediately drawn to the business aspects of building a team and building relationships with candidates eager to progress their careers. She transitioned into Corporate Recruiting roles and continued to build experience with systems, technology and processes.  

Prior to her role at GM, she ran the sourcing function for bp’s US Downstream portfolio.  After 8 years at bp, she worked her way through Sourcing, Talent Attraction, Early Careers Talent Acquisition and eventually back to Sourcing and Market Intelligence.  

She has been happily married for 10 years, and is a proud boy mom to two very adventurous and energetic kiddos. She resides just outside of Chicago, and enjoys all things Chicago sports and events.
