Andre is currently one of the most read writers for SHRM averaging over 10,000+ views per blog.

As Vice President of Customer Success at Entelo, Andre partners with C-Suite HR leaders from Fortune 500 companies to create and drive unique global talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Some examples are: DEI, Building Talent Pools, University/Event Recruiting, Veteran Recruiting, and Employee Referral Programs.

Before Entelo, Andre created and ran the Professional Services division at Jobvite pioneering their professional and strategic managed services divisions. Andre was able to use his career in talent acquisition to partner with TA leaders to build global strategies for companies such as Blizzard, Universal Music, Schneider Electric and more.

Before Jobvite, Andre built out, hired and directly managed the global Inbound & Outbound Sourcing Teams for ExactTarget and then the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. During his tenure there, his dynamic team powered millions of dollars in savings for the company and supported Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding programs across five continents.
