The last two years have proven that inclusivity should be a key initiative of all work, but specifically remote work. Collaboration tools and training initiatives have enabled leaders to encourage some of the voices that may not have been heard in traditional office settings to contribute their innovations and ideas.

Talent attraction professionals have the unique opportunity to gain further exposure to these voices by using these stories in recruitment marketing content.
