Panel Discussion: Steps to Build Meaningful Diversity and Inclusion Analytics

It’s no secret that TA teams who prioritize diversity and inclusion will find more quality candidates, and those candidates can turn into new hires. Metrics help employers committed to diversity and inclusion stay on track by encouraging the identification and management of bias.  Without clear measures to track diversity and inclusion efforts and outcomes, limits the ROI on those initiatives.

This panel discussion will address:

  • Steps to build meaningful D&I analytics

  • Using metrics to prioritize initiatives, set targets and assign accountability

  • Identify challenges global companies face with diversity tracking
