Dwane Lay is the Chief Experience Officer for GBS Worldwide, a leading provider of HR case software. With over twenty years of HR and leadership experience, he oversees customer-facing projects, data analytics, and operations. His specialties include the application of Lean tools and techniques in HR, applying business technology to improve HR processes, and HR software implementation. He is the author of the book Lean HR and has been a featured keynote speaker at events around the world.
Dwane holds an MBA from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, MO, as well as having earned a Six Sigma Black Belt. Born and raised in St. Louis, he and his wife Crystal Miller Lay (CEO of GBS Worldwide) also spend time in Dallas, TX with their blended family of four kids and twin grandkids.
