Dwane Lay

Dwane Lay is the Chief Experience Officer for GBS Worldwide. With over twenty years of HR and leadership experience, he oversees customer-facing projects, data analytics, and operations. His specialties include the application of Lean tools and techniques in HR, applying business technology to improve HR processes and HR software implementation. He is the author of the book Lean HR and has been a featured keynote speaker at events around the world.
Dwane was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He holds an MBA from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, MO, as well as having earned a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is the author of Lean HR, a primer on process design for the HR community.
