Adrienne Sullivan

Adrienne Sullivan is the Senior Director, Talent Attraction, Employer Brand and University Relations for ThermoFisher Scientific. She is an innovative Talent Attraction & Acquisition senior leader with progressive experience in a Fortune 100 global organization in a complex, matrix environment. A key contributor to TA's global hiring strategy, DEI initiatives, and employer brand for annual hiring of 40k and 130k colleagues.

Adrienne is passionate about managing and engaging high-performing teams and driving results that enable our business. She is a key TA collaborator with corporate teams including ESG, Communications, DEI, Talent Management and business teams to strengthen our value proposition and inform strategy. 

Her extensive background in building and activating employer brand gives her a unique perspective as a Talent Acquisition and University Relations leader. She has led the development of employer brand initiatives in markets around the world, built global career sites, reinvented a University Relations strategy and Intern Program and managed and empowered teams of recruiters to leverage the latest in TA technology to drive productivity and great experiences for candidates.
