Rebecca is Vice President of Talent Acquisition at MGM Resorts International. She has worked for MGM Resorts for 16 years and in human resources for over 20 years. Her experience includes labor & employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational effectiveness and learning & development. She has a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a dual specialization in Leadership Coaching from Cappella University and holds a senior certification in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management. Rebecca is also a proud Air Force Veteran and certified Organizational Effectiveness Coach.
