Recruiting is entering a new era. The question everyone is asking quietly is not whether AI will affect recruiting jobs. It will. The better question is what the recruiter role becomes next.

In this session, we will explore the shift from today’s recruiter — managing reqs, inboxes, screens, scheduling, follow-ups, and updates — to tomorrow’s AI-enabled recruiter operating inside a recruiting command center. Instead of doing every task manually, recruiters will manage a network of sourcing, screening, scheduling, engagement, market intelligence, and candidate experience agents.

The result is not an 80-hour workweek. It is a smarter 40-hour week. Recruiters will handle two to three times the workload by knowing when to let agents run, when to intervene, and when the human conversation matters most.
